Semi-Abstract

Yvonne's semi-abstract paintings are created using a taping and pouring technique with acrylics and mediums on canvas. The paintings are intended to be representative of recognizable images but with an abstract quality of both shape and colour. While meaning is largely constructed by the viewer, she hopes to offer a calming experience through which to contemplate ones thoughts or feelings.
